Ocean Man Operative- P: Palinode — Description
From my fanfic, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part Nine: Stairway To Heaven . Like Operative O-Onomatopoeia, the Ocean Man Operative P-Palinode has several subspecies, some pocket-sized and others larger than 5 miles. They can travel dimensions via folding in on themselves to turn into Saturn-like forms.

For the concept, I wanted an alluring power to undo terrible decisions that lead to a negative fate- which Jojo villains tend to do and for the creatures to be a combination of marine creatures such as seahorses, prehistoric sea reptiles, sea turtles, snakes, deepsea fishes, and sea serpents combined with bovines to make a sort of sea bulls from extra-dimensional space.

The ones shown above are the common of the most common of the Palinodes- though there are countless more with infinite palinode powers-

Avoidance- The deepsea-anglerfish one. It retracts a target's decision to avoid an effect.
Pacifism- The bull-penguin one. It retracts one's ability to be a pacifist.
Fluidity- The Henodus shaped one. It retracts one's ability to remain fluid, making them paralyzed.
Guiltless- The sea serpent cow one. It retracts one's ability to block extreme feelings of guilt.
Health-The cobra shaped one. It retracts a target's ability to be healthy.
Development- The viper one. It retracts a target's ability to develop.
Stagnation- The trunk snake one- It retracts one's ability to stagnate.
Sense- The sea rhino one. It retracts one of the five senses of a target.
Solidity- The penguin-turtle-penguin one. It retracts one's ability to remain fluid, making them amorphous.
Resolve- The Liopleurodon one. It retracts one's resolves.
Powerful- The Mosaur one. It retracts the physical powers of others.
Defense- The sea turtle one. It retracts one's ability to defend oneself.
Stillness- The three eyed one. It retracts one's ability to be still in the face of a finishing move.
Despair- The Ichythosaur one. It retracts one's ability to be subjected to despair.
Tangibility- The Plesiosaur one. It retracts one's ability to be tangible. It is heavily implied the Loch Ness One.
Survivability- The Crocodile one. It retract a target's ability to survive attacks.
Intelligence- The sea horse one. It retracts the intelligence of others.
Stupidity- The horned, suction mouth one. It retracts the stupidity of oneself.
Hope- The Kronosaurus one. It retracts the possibility of hope for a target.
Effect- The Sperm one like one. It retracts the effects of a situation.
Causality- The sea serpent one. It retracts the causes of a situation.

Operative- P: Palinode- named after the concept of operatives and the letter- P, representing Palinode- which is a poem that retracts the idea of a poet's previous poem.
Story: If one takes an action that leads to failure, the owner of Operative-P can use its powers to negate the bad decision and have a good decision in its place.
Impact: 5 million- being able to reverse terrible decisions is a phenomenal power to use and is often sought out by those who wish to redo their fate.
Comprehension: 6 million- It is easy to comprehend by all those who wish to alter their fate.
Popularity: 5 million- needs to be in a proximity of 4 meters to keep effect active. Different sizes of subspecies allow the exact 4 meters to vary from user to user on the subspecies they utilize.
Competency: 4 million- Power is useful when in close proximity to the Ocean Man, but regresses whenever it's out of that range.
