Medusa — Description
From my prequel fanfic, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 8.5: Rainbow In The Dark . Medusa was created from the residual resentment of a Greek priestess who went unavenged from her rape by an invading country at her temple, with the resultant sapient Stand being the avatar of her vengeance against men. She was recruited into Primal Scream out of the pragmatic goal of using them to continue her manslaughter. She is combative, aggressive, and vicious.

The song Medusa is about the famous petrifying stare, snake-haired monster once a lovely maiden cursed by Athena disproportionately into her current form, which in the context of the song is about Medusa as the archetype for any femme fatale that uses sex to control men and destroy them. The song becomes a way to exorcise that masculine fears.

I envisioned Medusa to be eventually incorporated as a Stand, but with the regular myth having major flaws, I mixed it up with Hanged Man's reflection power and Wonder of U's intent based Calamity power to generate a nigh-unbeatable Stand. Additionally, she wears Greek armor to signify her origins. She is the only apparent female of the group, but she's too vicious and brutal to be considered a classic token female. I made her face look especially creepy in order to emphasize the phrase "if looks could kill".

Stand/Stand User: Medusa- named after the song by the band, Anthrax.
Ability: Petrifying Glare- showing her true face causes the targets to turn to stone. She can use her mirrors to manipulate reflections on other surfaces including the eyes of others to reflect her true face. The trick to activate the power is to have the intent to know her.
Destructive Power: Omega- a physically powerful Stand able to out-tussle top-tier Stands, but its personal ability is an essential one-hit-kill.
Speed: Omega- Incredibly agile, outpacing several top-tier Stands.
Range: Infinite- anything with a reflective surface is within her control.
Precision: Omega- highly refined and accurate.
Persistence: Omega- B- breaking her concentration can nullify the effect.
Development Potential: N/A- fully formed upon its creation.
