Stay Away From Me...! — Description

lol I ended up creating another sketch of this girl in my sketchbook, which I then used as a base for a digital drawing. I used a lamp I had next to my desk as a reference and really liked how it turned out! She's ready to hit some monsters (and maybe some people) over the head while still looking adorable!
I also wanted to practice shading, particularly that bold, 'comic book style' kind of shading, which I haven't attempted in quite a while now. I didn't even use a reference, which may have been a mistake on my part, but I do think it's a step in the right direction as it doesn't look completely hideous for once!
