Anxiety...please read — Description
Simple as this piece is, it has a lot of emotion in it for me. In these recent months of my life, I’ve been able to feel oncoming anxiety attacks. Even just the feeling of being anxious has been magnified for me.
Yesterday I was finally able to put into words how it feels.

The inside of my chest starts to burn and feel tight. My heart starts racing. My brain goes haywire, I can’t focus on one thought. It feels like a million bees inside me clawing to get out. So I panic trying to get them free. Gripping at my chest. Wanting them to stop buzzing and stinging me. It hurts. I can’t breathe. They are now in my ears. I can’t hear my own thoughts. My eyes and cheeks are wet from tears.

Nothing last east night I did helped me. So I started drawing and this is what came out. I’m not in love with it, but it pulled me out of a dark place.
