lol. Well that is the key to it all - drawing more. Also, drawing smart, which is to say, methodically.
The method you have to practice is "construction", or under-drawing. That is, building the figure with basic shapes, turning those into basic forms, them modifying those forms to look anatomical. It is not difficult, but one must learn to stay focused on the steps and not rush to finish the contour.
The main prerequisite to doing the construction well is stone-cold knowledge of proportions, which means being familiar with head measurements, the "flat map" of the body (Loomis), the check points (Hogarth).
It's important to have a good understanding of anatomy and the schematic figure, or as Hogarth calls it, "deep space notations."
These are a lot of fancy words for useful concepts that you can learn in a few minutes and master by simply paying attention to them and using them when you draw.
You can check out my resource center (on my profile page) for links to courses, books and helpful websites where you can practice and develop your drawing skills. One site I always recommend is posemaniacs, com, where I go daily to warm up.
In any event, keep up with it any way you can. It only gets better with practice.

Yeah I agree, Morrigan (aswell as basically Yuffie) pretty much show the way you can go with developing your art.
Not doing bad.
