Description
It is said that the Phantom Rider went mad and began attacking civilians, destroying places, robbing banks and museums, besides attacking law enforcement. But when people find two Phantom Riders, at that moment, they realize that there is an imposter almost as strong and fast (80% to be exact) as the original, but with one difference: he can transform parts of his body into anything and has no morals; he only wants to be the original and will achieve it by destroying the Phantom Rider.
