This is Master I, My equivalent of Mouse X. He appears in "Yungoos Chase" (Equivalent of Mouse Chase). He's an entity made from darkness that manifested in a copy of Pokémon Sun and corrupted the whole world. For him, he was just bored and thought it was fun.
