Description
Took me a bit longer than normal to do this one, since the Hurricane intervened, but I got it done. The guys in brown uniforms are from CONASUR, the Coalición de Naciones Suramericanas, also referred to as the Southern Coalition, one of the nonaligned superpowers in the 6-Commando universe, which nevertheless sends teams of "observers" to every corner of the globe, to ensure that South American interests are protected. To understand fully what's going on here you might want to read the whole story over on my site (hint hint hint) [link]
