After Uri had his nightmare, his cries were powerful enough to wake up his father. (Which this means, Uri is in The Nether)
This was completely random.
And one tiny fact about Uri: When he cries for long periods of time, his eyes will roll back, but he will still be awake. (Which that's the reason he has no pupils in the first panel.)
