I found this software on Steam once called Hexmapmaker that was like $5 or something, and I was like "Oh that's pretty cool" and purchased it for funsies. These are fun, yet very simple, I can't have spent more than maybe 30 minutes on this, but it was still fun to think about the process. I also recorded a speed-video of myself making this, there was a lot of adjustments as I worked to make it feel more natural.
