24 - Lost
And Dale took Danny deeper and deeper into the store. Danny was already lost, but he obediently followed this punk who was fed up with his life and was trying to find a way to fix Danny's soul...
- and Cale wanted to believe that he would survive once again, but this time he wouldn't hurt anyone -
"- even if I don't always think everything through, I can trust that you will lead me through the mist and not, like, leave me there..."
Denny wanted this... Denny needed this.
Continuation to yesterday's piece :3 (this is part 2/3)
It's always about Cale, his agony, his compulsive need to control. Cale's suffering is in control. His desire to feel bad and to suffer. What Denny needs and actually wants is ruled over by what Cale thinks he needs; and Denny is afraid to tell what he wants, because he's afraid to go too far and break Cale, and accidentally make him suffer even more.
Bum has always been an adventurous type, finding his own paths to follow and be a part of a group, but not following anyone. He needed guidance, and Cale offered him that - until the gentle guidance slowly transformed into manipulative controlling. Bum is unable to do anything. Taking a step back or forward would lead to a disaster. He's lost in a limbo with Cale.
AHHH tomorrow's prompt and the final piece to this set is very likely to delay a little bit. So much to do... so little time. T__T (I'll also get to you asap!)
