Yes this is a one winged dragon. he was born without a right wing and and at a time which he should be celebrating his first flight, he is instead clutching a cliff and cursing the sky./////////////////////////
this is actually the result of Photoshop crashing every time I attempted to paint his right wing.
I took it as a sign that he was meant to be like this.
