Like this:

I just use photoshop to animate and then use 'save for web' to save it.

really? i use photoshop too but yours doesn't dither it looks very smooth how do you do that?
and where is the white line? if there is a white line it maybe possible the frames aren't fixed well, or the other frames have been moved. It is a bug for sure

The white line at the outer edge seems to be common. It's thin, but on darker backgrounds, it is really noticeable. It's not shown on the image I'm looking at when I'm in PS, but when I save it as GIF, it just appears.

And dither? What do you mean by that? I draw the frames all in SAI before transferring to PS and animating.

if you have seen my animation it turns out into pixels and not as smooth as yours but I did the same image as sai
it may be possible to change another software just in case and try to compare if they still have the same problem
it maybe because of the transparency

Urk ~ That's weird. Hrm...when you view the animation before saving does it still look pixely?
Or only after you save it?

the left is where I try to save it as gif for example it is moving it saves as optimized and I cannot save it how it originally looks like
the right image is the closer look of the pixels really clear even the glow turned into pixel

Hm...I dun exactly remember my settings but does changing perceptual to selective have a difference?

yea it makes the pixels even more visible though
well any ways I will try finding a more suitable software for smooth programming with no pixel when it turns to gif I will only have to save multiple images for each frame T^T that effort

Urgh ~ i thought I responded to this. ( x - x )
God...urm ~ I guess that's the only way. It seems normal settings, so its weird that it becomes pixely. ( > - < )

-cough- You can always try using ezgif, just search that up online. It's the only one I ever found that you can put different delay times in btwn. I dun use it often, since its more time consuming to save frames, but I sometimes do.

ohh let me try it then when I make another animated adopt thanks ^^
I think I won't be able to submit another adopt for a while cuz... my professors scare me so much especially in recitations where our grades will be often supported by it T^T They give so much to memorize
