I'm rather happy with how the Emperor turned out to name one character.Anyway, I've placed the villain of Final Fantasy II at sevem.
The Emperor... He's slow and I'm not a fan of his Ex Burst. But he has great attacks, even at a low level (he was the first character I completed arcade mode with). This is why he's here.
