Its not an easy task to come up with the best exposure when shooting water on day time. I think u have done a decent job here. How ever the focus is not correct. The attention point (Waterfall) is out of focus.

Wow! U r so lucky!!! Last time I ‘saw’ a waterfall, it was covered with fellow tourists, and I couldn’t even really see it because I had forgotten my glasses back at camp … Beautiful photograph by that way!
