Boot Cover Tutorial — Description

I keep getting bugged about how I made the shoes for my Shiki Misaki costume. I figured that I would make a tutorial to help anyone aspiring to make their own boot cover.

Now, this particular tutorial was designed after trial and error. Nothing I do is completely professional, and most of it is done for fun (and it seems I like to test the limits of my patience and sanity on a regular basis).
