Reapers' Harmonica Gang member no.3 named "Flicker" 'was' the Youngest member of this infamous gang & amazingly doesn't use guns unlike most of the other group, but instead has a mass array of throwing & melee knives he can use as well as a pistol!

but being the youngest of the gang also makes him the most sadistic & cruelest of the gang & from the gift of undying given to him by Phoebe McAlister; he has decomposed the worst of all of his team mates!
