Well, here's the third part of my tutorial thing. :/

*fails* well, I started the video late, and I had already did the first base color. D: Anyway, for this, I used the magic select tool, selected OUTSIDE of the lineart, and then clicked 'select inverse'. I then filled the space (on a different layer) with the color.

Uh...yeah. xD
