Contest Map — Description
So, this is a map with a number key made for a contest held by Mister-Ed-Fan ([link] ) .

Anyway, the backstory for this map is that it takes place in an alternate universe and Earth is called "Thare". In the world of Thare, humans are not the only sentient creatures to exist. Numerous types of undead (ex. ghouls, vampires, etc), were-creatures (ex. werewolves, werejaguars, werebears, etc), various species of ogres, merfolk, reptilian men, liminal beings, insectoid men and etc are known to exist. Non-sentient creatures such as dragons, golems, manticores, and sea serpents are uncommon, but magic doesn't exist in the world of Thare at all. On a technological scale, parts of Thare range from being at thriving space age communities who have space stations and nukes to primitive tribal grounds who still feel a natural connection with the plant Thare.
