October 31, 2026- Forgot to post this one for Father's Day but considering the circumstances i figured Halloween would be just as appropriate a time to share it.

People often ask me, Roo.. was your dad REALLY as bad as you make him out to be? Did he really call you a disappointment when you were 10 years old bc you weren't "manly" enough? Did he cheat on your mom and then ditch you and your whole family when you were 11 and never look back bc of you being gay?

Well, today i answer yes. Yes he did. He did ALL that stuff. And here i submit to you people as further evidence exhibit A.. one of the "heartwarming" father/son pics i have of my dad and i from childhood.

And no, before any of u ask, no A.I. was needed here to remove any and all emotion from my "dad's" face and then substitute it with this blank expressionless look of inconvenienced "When will this be over?".

Anyway, here's to u daddy dearest. Happy Halloween! Turns out you ghosting us was the best thing you ever did for me. Thanks for teaching me all about scary movies AND the scarier side of fatherhood.

Oh and btw, turns out that whole "gay" thing wasn't just "a phase" and that "Stupid dance thing" that you said was just "a waste of time" actually kinda sorta ended up working out for me.. 😏💅
