Description
An interesting photo of the clock tower in Westminster, before they closed it for years. Really loved the foreboding look of the green lighting.
Also this is a rare camera phone photo that made the cut - seems like the only artistic photos that come off phones that I like are the ones where the quality loss adds something to the photo itself.
