In the 1990's, this diminutive vintage motor car designed by Bob Berk and built by Rex Garrod Special Effects delighted young audiences with his daring adventures that took him out of his home at Bourton-on-the-Water's Cotswold Motoring Musuem & Toy Collection and into the big towns like Birmingham. Now in his well deserved retirement, his eyes continue to light up at the site of his fans and attract the attention of generations of new ones too.
