I've pictured them like this for the last few days.I (usually) never do bloody angsty pictures...So it's about time.
Yes, I know the anatomy's off in a few places...I suck at perspective. It wasn't the most important thing for me in the whole picture, but still - thanks for pointing it out. :3
EDIT: Added some cuts...To make the meaning more...the way I wanted it to be.

I liek it. And i'm not sure why either, yuu know i'm not a huge fan of the angst scene rilly. But I <3, because it's not unreasonable angst, if you get my drift. At least i think that's what i mean anyway -_-;

AHA! *points* I just read your character post and was all curious as to what was going on, tho I knew it was something like this, and now to see it illustrated... just... god Marta. You're amazing - I read your writing and you paint an image in my head, then I see this and I see the image I saw in my head - you are truly amazing with your characters.
I love the perspective of this, how they're holding their arms out to the viewer... the expressions also say so much... Jake's one eye slightly closed, Majo's determined stare...

Horizontal cuts.. So it isn't permanent, right? If you want out of it all, you go down the street, if you just want the pain to stop for a while, you go across.. Looks like they went across. Which is good! Better than down. :/

Yes, but sometimes people are weak/tired of trying already. (especially in my characters' case, eventho the meaning was rather...symbolic for me, too
And you never know what might come to your mind when you've got a worse day. Or series of them.

It's completely natural to feel down from time to time. That's why I think you need someone caring close by. Not that he/she will support you, but kick you in the a** and get you back to normal.
Oh yes, you'll never know. I always bear in my mind - when you feel bad, you make bad decisions. God, you wouldn't believe how true this can be.. Blah, got a little melancholic

It's a very powerful picture.
Even though it's angsty, it doesn't seem to be giving a pro-self harm image across. Or maybe that's just me.
Can I just give a little crit though? The perspective on Majoko's arm seems a little out to me, I'm not sure how exactly, it just does.
I'd say well done for such a good peice, but that sounds slightly patronising..
So I'l just say.. 'Good job'.
