MLP Project 11 - Blue Lightning — Description
She's always given me protagonist energy, but so does all of my mlp ocs in some way so that's normal. Altered her colors a bit, biggest change is adding the red/pink to the hair. Made some changes to the CM as well to blend with her color scheme. She's a lightning elemental, her hair leaves bright blue-white streaks in the air behind her when she flies. She's from a very snowy and cold area, flying in the cold made her quite a strong flyer, but she has a tendency to overheat when exerting herself in warmer climates.
