(oc) SPD Zeta Ranger — Description

SPD EMERGENCY! HAAA!
SPD Zeta Ranger is my idea of a crimson extra ranger for the Power Rangers SPD season.
Zeta is the ranger form of the Supreme Commander of the SPD: Fowler Birdy.
After several months retired, Fowler returns in his Zeta Ranger form to assist the Space Patrol Delta.
Zeta uses the Blast Runner as his personal zord.
