DC Remake Reverse Flash — Description

Most people with superpowers prefer to stick to one habitat. One universe, one city, one time period. But there are those for whom time travel, though not a routine event, certainly isn't a rare occurrence. And it is especially common for those associated with Speed Force - the speedsters. The Flash is one such Speedster - and it's no surprise that he ends up having enemies not only in the present, but also in the future. Shilo Norman, an assassin from the future, has dedicated his life to destroying the Flash and other speedsters in an effort to become the single Fastest Man in the Multiverse. So far, he's had no luck - but then again, the Flash (Victor Stone) had no luck of catching him, either. Why is he hellbent on doing that? It's not personal vendetta. Might be hard to believe, each villain having a tragic backstory these days, but Shilo Norman's motive is pure pride.
