When its raining...Well i'm not sad, nor i do not intend to make people sad from this, but I have a friend who is sad and well she always says she wants to cry in the rain. I thought about what she said and I thought about this pic.I'm still working on anime eyes so please criticize. Hope you like it. and sorry about the bg.
