'FowlFodder: ACTIVATE!' — Description
For lack of a better title, yes. C:

Halloween-themed picture! Recently realized that I haven't drawn Rutger or Ina (the mayors from Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns) in like FOREVER and wanted to remedy that.

Why, exactly, the art theme? ... Not too sure. I was playing 'BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II' for 3DS and selected Hazama out of random (FYI: I usually play with Platinum the Trinity, Jin, or Noel, honestly; yayy /FYI). Looking at his Hat made me think of Rutger for some reason, and voila; my contribution towards 'National Cosplayers' Day.'

So, yes:

Rutger = Hazama (complete with Nox Nyctores: Cowboros)
Rose = Rachel Alucard I goofed up with the dress! =/ Oops.
Ina = Litchi Faye-Ling (No Nox Nyctores, so I added in wild (glowing) bamboo. Go me, oh-so creative. OTL)

I don't know a random backstory. I'll bet Howard, Yun, Rahi, and Sheng were in on it... Maybe. Hurhurhur.

It also didn't hit me until I was finished with the line art that Dr. Ayame should be Litchi (Hiro could be Linhua, hahahah); Ina could be Tsubaki or something. x.x My ex pointed out that if Rose is Rachel, then Rutger should be Valkenhayn ("instead of a werewolf, he could transfigure into an alpaca or selkie chicken!" <-- his words exactly, lol. ). I guess different might be okay for here... Maybe.

I -miiight- do a "Part Two" of sorts later on ...

Mostly because the idea of Kana as Bang Shishigami, Laney as Noel Vermillion, Georgia as Makoto Nanaya, and Pierre as Carl Clover will NOT leave me alone. x.x -- let's not mention Cam as Jin Kisaragi, Ash as Taokaka, Cheryl as Platinum, and Eileen as Kokonoe either because I dunno. =X Shoot me plzthx.

... We'll see, though. Lol.
