I've been extremely busy the past two months, so I'm glad I took some time to create something for myself.
This is my fighter Astrid. Some of you may have seen sketches of her pop up here and there, but I thought she deserved a fully coloured piece.
I don't draw armour/weapons often, as I find rendering them tedious and time consuming, but I have to say this piece may have been a turning point. I loved doing the chain mail, figuring out how to draw it as to fit in the style of the piece as a whole, but still have a touch of realism. Tell me what you think! 💖
