-Past-

Newt was born along with Poppy and two other siblings to two cats named Cloud and Cinder. Newt was given his name due to his spots, and Poppy was given it for her colors being similar to those of the Poppy flower. When the house burnt down, all cats were separated from each other, and Poppy was the only sibling he could find. He helped as much as he could and eventually was able to be a strong swimmer and hunter. As the two grew, they joined River Clan, and aided them as much as possible until the time he got his Warrior name, Newtleap, for his fast speed. Poppy got her Warrior name as well, now being known as Poppypool. Once the war had come to a close, they both reunited with their mother Cindercloud, and he decided to join his sister and his mother in Ember Clan.
