Sam Steps In (FINAL) — Description

Hello again,

For those who are curious about the reference, I’m not quite sure myself. I know that it is from an anime. Which anime is it? I have no idea. What I do know is that I stumbled across it by accident. I was watching a video analysis of The Amazing Digital Circus. In it, the video stated that beach episodes in most anime are filler episodes. Obviously, The Beach Episode of TADC was anything but filler. The video pointed out that quite well. Anyway, as the video was talking about filler episodes in anime, this image came up. I happened to like it and decided to use it as a reference. Again, I don’t know the name of the anime. I just liked the reference, and I wanted to try it with my characters.
