TWST Random Boy - NRC Uniform — Description

Character for my Twisted Wonderland fanfic.
This time the uniform is closer to the NRC standard.
This character is from the same dorm as my Random Girl, but each has a different colored ribbon on their arm.
I had planned a very different hairstyle for him, but I'm not entirely sure yet if I'll keep this haircut or change it later. I like how he looks, but I'm not completely convinced.
