[Kwillians] Something is wrong... — Description

Wolfsong was excited for Heartfelt. It's the whole reason that his parents were together, the whole reason he and his sibling were alive and well, happy as a family! When the time came, Masket put the twins on their back and Vanta grabbed their Lute, and of they went into town.
The day started off fine, if a bit loud and crowded. The family bought food and ate some breakfast at the park, which was pretty nice! Wolfsong never thought that food would taste so much better in the sunshine on fresh green grass. He played with his dear twin and played “guards and monsters” with their parents. He grew tired and took a nap in Vanta’s lap while they talked about something that sounded fun.
Next, they walked into the town square where a bunch of Kwillians where doing things. He quickly learned that they were the “Heartfelt troupe” and that they're the reason his parents met! They were doing so many things and so much was going on that it made the toddler's head spin trying to keep track.
Vanta started playing their Lute with one of the troupe members, and that was certainly a joy to watch. Masket took the twins to go painting at a booth with several other kwillians and while he kept mostly to himself it was nice to get creative. Then the family played a few games, but at one a kwilling coughed on him and Moonstone. He didn't like that and decided the best course of action was to lick the gross kid. He got in trouble for that.
They then ate at a restaurant and he got to order his meal like a big boy (With the help of his parents of course)! The kwillian who brought him his plate misgendered him though. Didn't feel nice. His family corrected the guy but he wished his tongue wasn't so stupid so he could do it himself. He ate his food and for some reason it didn't taste that good…
When it came time to go home the twins climbed back onto Masket’s back just like before. But something was different. Something didn't feel right… Something was wrong. But… he didn't know what. Was he tired? They did stay out all day having fun… He felt tired. But something else was there, making him feel… gross? He couldn't pinpoint it. He isn't sure why. He didn't think about it much. He wasn't able to, his eyes grew too heavy. He heard Moonstone say something, but he didn't understand it. He felt something move under him and then something hit him, but that's all he could remember from that day.

They felt the children on their back shift.
“Woofy?”
Masket turned their head towards Moonstone and Wolfsong, only to see Wolfsong slide off their back and hit the ground with a thud. “WOLFSONG!”
Vanta picked up the boy who was out cold, but he was almost as hot as a fire kwilling. Masket put Moonstone down and grabbed Wolfsong, before sprinting deeper into town. It wasn't long until they reached the doctor, and without a single pause they screamed as loud as they could. “SOMEONE HELP!"
