Rainfall Redesign! — Description

I haven't made Rainfall a new reference in 2.5 years >-> SO HERE WE FINALLY ARE AAA
I love how he turned out! I'm glad I made him more blue, because having a Rainwing be white makes me think they're scared or dead lmao (unless they're an ice hybrid). I'm glad I got the redesign done in time for art fight, I'm so excited!!
little edit note: as I was designing him, I gave more thought to his character. For instance, in my story, before Dewdrop and Rainfall ended up together, Dewdrop spent (too much) time with Nightthorn (a handsome boi). So, Rainfall, being secretly jealous, decided to copy some of his markings (stars in the wings, white line on the snout. I'm also making Nightthorn a redesign too!). My headcanon for Rainwings is that they adapt the markings of those they hang out with/stand out to them (in a good or bad way) the most. It's like the saying that you become a combination of the top 10 people you hang out with the most (friends, family, etc.), adopting their personality traits, habits, and more.
