Steppin' Razor — Description
Work's been pretty slow since cartoons went to color, but Betty Boop is determined to keep up with the times no matter how far into the future she gets. And if that means upgrades from Chiba City, she'll do it. (As always, money is no object, thanks to "Gramps.")

Or to put it another way, this is Betty Boop as Molly Millions, from William Gibson's cyberpunk novel "Neuromancer." Come to think of it, "Molly Millions" could just as easily be a name for a flapper in a Betty Boop type of cartoon, couldn't it?

And can you just imagine what a cyberpunk environment would look like in a "Betty Boop" styled cartoon? Probably a lot like Cool World.

I traced much of Betty's head over this piece of clipart ; the rest is all my work.
