Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder was a four player sequel beat-em-up to the first Golden Axe in the arcades. One of the four playable heroes was a female Centaur that used a large foam tipped staff and powerful hoof striking moves to knock out her enemies. Quite a surreal and fun game! There has not been a centaur protagonist main character in a videogame since then.
