Snow Tutorial — Description
After 4 years of people asking me to make one, I finally made a snow tutorial. c: I kind of rushed it because I still wanted to upload it today, you know.

Also if you are interesting in drawing now just snow on the ground but also how to draw the weather condition "snow" as in "snowing", please tell me, then I'll add it. c:
