The M5A2 Folsom Rifle is one of the best Combat Rifles used by the USAF During their War against the Chimera around the 1950's. A standard high powered rifle which fires a rimless .303 Rimless Rifle Rounds that could easily penetrate through concrete and sandbags with a single with round which was effective when fighting against the Chimera especially their tough Armor and Hide could shrug of normal rounds.

As they learn their lesson against the Chimera which they utilised different firing modes like Homing Bullets for their Bullseye Firearms, the USAF Higher Ups opted to equipped their M5A2 Rifles with a powerful 40mm Underslung Grenade Launchers to compete against the tech used by the Chimeras especially they utilised different types of gun firing systems to surprise the Human Resistance during the War.

A Standard Reserved Weapons used for the USAF and the Human Militia Around the World to fight against the Chimera. It's considered to be a different Rifle used by the USAF but it's more or less reliable and accurate in the fight. Unlike the Folsom which fires a powerful .303 Rifle Cartridges, the MR-14 Rifle fires both Semi-Automatic or Automatic Fire Modes depending on the situation of the conflict.

While most Soldiers opted to fire on Semi Auto because of the magazine being shorter than the Folsom but also how accurate the Rifle can be compare to the M5A2.

A Military Version of the MR-14 with a Grenade Launcher and improved magazine system to design for Recruit Reserves and Militia to defend or fight against the Chimera Assault around the World.

While the Gun has its own improvements and changes compare to its Militia Counterpart, the Battle Rifle Variant Function Similarly to the Folsom Rifle when comes to performance. Fires only on Automatic Shots than Semi Auto most soldiers opted to fire a single burst to save on Ammunition, the Gun also features a 35mm Grenade instead of the 40mm Grenade the different caliber had distinct advantages and disadvantages.
