Design by Ui Inaba as an Inspiration from the Rest of Riders, the Armor was designed to Withstand Assault Rifles Rounds, Bladed Weapons that can Stab or Slice the Armor and Grenade Shrapnel thanks to the Kevlar plating in the Helmet and Chest plate the Armor is a Practical useful in Combat Armor. The Fabric is made of Flexible yet Cheap Leather that allows of Free of Movement for the user when performing acrobatic strikes and even if the Armor is Damaged it can still easily be repaired for an Hour before use.
Wanting to take Revenge after Nomoto's Death at the Hands of the Destron. Hitomi immediately used the Armor as a Means to Honor Nomoto after protecting her from the Destron Riders. Despite having no Augmentations like the rest of the Kamen Riders she rely on her Brute Ratel Form to Fight Back and Thanks to the Outfit itself it can't be shredded when she transform into her Battle Mode Protecting her Identity from anyone else. The Helmet has a Hidden Communications which allows the User to contact any person in the Are making it a reliable Helmet especially it can protect the User from a Magnum Pistol round in point Blank Range.
Thanks to the Modifications Made by Inaba, Hitomi can use her Ratel Claws within the Gloves to Slice her Opponents as her Weapons. While later on Inaba gave her new Equipment to Help Hitomi Fight against other Destron Kaijins and Riders like the Knuckle Taser which it has enough Voltage of a Hundred Taser and Throwing Knives which was stored in the Utility Belt.
