And thanks to to the Plasmid Tech it was now Design to Disable Shields in One Shot by using the Kinetic Discharged of the Bullet and the EMP power of the Rifle itself. It became a Premier of the EDC's Armor Hunter Units who were tasked on taking Down the Heaviest Armor on the Battlefield with great Precision and Speed while making the sure the enemy feels fear upon seeing something Small take down something big.

While it doesnt have the Firepower of its Rival, it makes up for it for being the stealthily good weapon for Spec Ops Units of the CRH. Design to be a Light Alternative Sniper Rifle for "Pathfinder" Units the APEN-11 is far more useful in that Role. Design to be a Tool of Assassination, Threats Seekers and Precision Elimination Tool born out of Necessities and Finesse than Brute Force. While it might not look impressive at first, The APEN-11 Was one of the Weapons that had the Best Range than any weapon thanks to the Smoother Bolt Action System which is not only easy to maintain on the field but also Rugged enough to survive the Harshest enviroments possible. The Bullet uses a Far more Simpler system by Using the Combine Mixture of Depleted Uranium and Harden Diamond Tip for better stability and Range. While the Bolt Itself might have the Slowest the Action alone is fast and can keep up with Modern Day Semi Auto Rifles in the Current era because it uses a Far more slick and slide method of the system which was created by Iron Bargain Systems whom Improved the Design over many many Years. This weapon is a Very Good One capable of Precision Strikes but also doesnt let the User Miss any Shot regardless of any Enviroment.
