Punk -Tutorial-WIP 4-Decisions — Description
While making a doll, I got bored and thought 'I should do a WIP,' then I thought 'I could make this into a tutorial too.' I added some of my own comments to the screens. This doll started out as me wanting to try a bunch of different things. I wanted this to show how I work. Some people don't know that MS Paint is an amazing program for pixeling.

I didn't do much here except the hair. I'm not doing a hair tutorial because it's all about personal preference, but I will give a few tips.
1 - Choose the number of colors based on how big the largest area of hair is. If it's small, choose a few colors, I generally use 6 colors for everything. If it's big use more, I use 7+ for larger areas.
2 - Start be drawing in highlights. Don't make these really big, they're just the highlights.
3 - When you put in the highlights, really think about where the light would hit. You don't want highlight going where light isn't hitting.
