Prototype:Well, Levi Ranger is a project of mine, where I will be Levi ranger, my favorite color is navy blue, so the main color is navy blue

Update 1.0: Well, I darred his color and left it all in the same shade of navy blue, and I changed the symbol on his forehead because in my mind he with a ' Gokai Cellular ' would look better than a ' mobilate ' so that's why I changed.
