Hyperdimension Neptunia - Pool Time — Description
Well, I was gone for a few weeks. I was playing a Super Mario World romhack called JUMP, and life also happened.
Finding more official Neptunia art to use as a starting point, I wanted to see Plutia and Neptune playing around in a wading pool. So that's what I did.
(The girl with the lilac hair always likes to tie people up).
