First to the song i listened to while i drew this i think i will make this Felicias theme song because it really fits her abilities and her personality :'D
okay anyway now to the picture.

it's something like a Memorie Picture which Felicia has on her appartment c: ~~
She went to the beach together with Miki and Yue. They just bought their bikinis one hour before that picture

Is it a big beach? Sand is amazing. But stupid crowds cover it up. Hmph, people shouldn't take up precious beach space. I can't even watch TV there, can I? If people are going to be taking up my beach space, they should at least do it with something useful, like a TV, god. There may not even be room for me to sleep. But sand is nice...

That is so cool! Sybil spends most of her time in her house in front of the TV. XDD But she does like the beach. And she does get to see it on TV. xD;;
