Dave Strider — Description
I drew this a VERY long time ago, I want to say around 2012, under the handle octopole.

This is the drawing that got me out of a TSA interrogation.

"Why are you here?" "What do you do?" "Do you intend to deal drugs?"
My answer to all these was a resounding "no what whats going on???", since the flight had taken 12 hours and I was overdue for some premium shuteye.

Eventually, I told them I was an internet superstar, which turned out to be the least good answer you can give people of authority in that situation.
"So if we google you, we'll find ya?"
"Yeah sure absolutely. Google octopole"

They did.
They recoiled in horror.

My blog, at that time, redirected to goatse. I don't remember why, if it was that my blog was hacked or that a friend was using the url to filter out the ridicilous amount of hate I got back then. Anyway, the damage was done.

It took two hours to convince them that I was just some internet asshole and not a gay porn fiend. This was the picture that convinced them.
After I was let go they stole my meatballs and sent me on my merry way to California.
