Description
This one was really fun to do! Took me a few hours and is done with mechanical pencil on sketch paper! I really love making these kinds of tattoo designs. I hope you enjoy it

How do you think about your art to come up with designs that feel as alive as this? I try to picture mine as 3D scenes, but they turn out looking kind of boring, and I want to make more interesting art.

I used to run into the problem of feeling like my art seemed to not be interesting enough, and I still do feel that way sometimes. But I think its a really important thing to not be afraid to exaggerate many shapes and figures. Once I got comfortable with the thought of exxagerating my idea's I found this helped a lot at making my drawings more interesting. Also, just add things for the heck of it! I throw in a lot of different varieties of plants into my drawings and even just make some up that don't necessarily go together or exist- but it makes for a more intriguing and unique piece. I also like to study up and research on what other artists do to make scenes feel more alive and intertwined!
