Batman's Catman — Description
With the Lego batman movie showing off a number of minor villains, I decided to make a serious threat take on these minor villains.

Thomas Blake was once a well respected millionaire. In his spare time, he would host a documentary show of him studying, hunting, and releasing big wild cats. Over time however, he grew board with this and wanted a true challenge for his skill. He found this challenge with news reports of various sightings of batman and Catwoman fighting and flirting with one another. This inspiration made Thomas to dawn his costume identity Catman, to mock both of the Dark Knight and catwoman at once. When they first encountered Catman, he placed them is a mock up of human hunting human. As predicted, Batman and Catwoman defeated him, but by accident on Catwoman's part, threw Catman over a cliff and into a shallow pool of rocks. He would surprise them again with his return and trapping them against one another in a cage match. Catman explained that the cape he wears is made from a mystic cloth that gives him actual nine lives. Because of this, Catman had become slightly reckless in his approach to fight both Catwoman and Batman. Recently he has filed a lawsuit against an actor for using his costumed name for a super hero movie.

Along with peek human physical condition, Catman has get knowledge in being able to trap any form of large game animals and has learned to apply it to humans. Because of his nine lives granted by his cape, Catman is able to escape death, but only nine times. Once depleted, it will not save him a 10th time and cannot save a different person 9 times.
