Wow, your dad is lucky. My poor dad has to deal with my cruddy art. I bet there's no pretending to like stuff around your house. Tis absolutely lovely. The way her arms are coloured almost makes them look as if they'll go transparent if the light gets any brighter.

Ooh, this is a very radiant piece; I like it. Good job on the emotion, even though you didn't use her eyes. It's very apparent that she's enraptured by the light. In a way, this piece is very ephemeral. She seems to be standing there, staring at something brilliant and asking herself, "how much longer will this last?" It's tinged with melancholy.
The art itself is superb. The only thing I'd fix is the lack of glow on the dress. As you can see, her hair and skin have a bit of a bright blue flow but her dress doesn't. Regardless of what material it is, it should reflect the light at least a little bit.
But again, lovely picture.
