Character Design: Seth Rikard — Description
Seth Rikard, Jorie's older brother and only living relative... but for reasons she's not too happy about. >D I'll post the story sometime if people are curious. ;3

This is the first run on his design... it may change later. It's almost a tad too western perhaps.. I was at first going to give him a waist length jacket with sort of a modern racing motorcycle cut... but then that seemed a bit too modern and didn't make too much sense for the warm climate that is where Rikard Arms is situated.

Edit: Fixed some things that were screwy and cleaned up the linework. Altered the vest design as well and added patches to the sleeves.
