Centaur — Description
On Centaurs:

Centaurs are the offspring of RuKnaro, God of war, and and Kerah, Goddess of the wind. The first centaurs were as large and powerful as the gods, but their aggressive nature put the world at risk, so Undriel, first of the gods, removed their powers and made them mortal. For this, the centaurs loath Undriel and worship all the gods but him. They are notoriously short tempered and are constantly fighting among themselves. In fact, the only time when they don't fight each other is when they are fighting humans, or trolls. They are stronger than any human, and can live for about three hundred years. Their constant civil wars have given centaurs centuries of experience in battle and a young centaur can hold his own against a seasoned human veteran.
The first rule human recruits are taught in the army is "you can't beat a centaur on open ground".
This reputation is well earned and many a knight has fallen to the ferocity of a charging centaur.
But do not believe the stories you hear about them, centaurs are not savage animals, and to call them this is suicidal. They are smart, proud, loyal, loving creatures and in the rare instances that they befriend a human, the sometimes stay with that humans family for generations.

So I've decided to do some artwork on the races which inhabit my demon hunter OC universe, starting with the Noble Centaur.
